Blood Orange Crostata

Must have blood oranges. I am obsessed and I look forward to blood orange season every year. This weekend, I will make this crostata. I imagine that the mascarpone makes it an indulgent treat. I especially like the suggestion of serving it with some bubbly. In fact, that pairing would make for a very, very, yum brunch.
